Tickets are sent via email 3 hours before the show. Tickets purchased during the show will arrive within 5 minutes.

Shipping Info: Items are livestream-exclusive merchandise, that are made to order. They will be processed after the conclusion of the livestream video on demand period, and will begin shipping 4-6 weeks after the completion of the VOD. 

Meet & Greet will take place on QJAM 

Minimum Tech Requirements for using the QJAM VIP Meet & Greet App:

 Device:

• iPhone 7 or higher running iOS 12 or higher.
• iPad running iOS 12 or higher.
• Android running version 4.3 or higher.

 Connection:

• Stable Wifi with minimum 15 mbps download, 5 mbps upload. 
• Stable 4g connection (above 50% signal strength at fixed location). 
• Have enabled access to microphone and camera
• Have accepted invitation to connect with artist
